Your delivery schedule is determined by your location, route, and account type. Your route sales representative will provide you with a delivery calendar at the time of your initial delivery. If you run out of water before your next scheduled delivery, please call a friendly customer service representative who can determine the availability of a special delivery as soon as possible.

We are great recyclers! As a result, we must keep up with our containers. A bottle deposit is a fee. A bottle deposit is refundable for each three or five gallon bottle delivered to you and will be credited to your account once each empty bottle is returned.

You should receive a call to schedule your installation and/or delivery within 1 to 2 business days of placing your order.

You will pay at the time of delivery of your bottles. In this case, you will purchase a coupon book containing 11 leaves. Each leave is valid for one bottle you receive. Give the same number of coupons to your delivery sales representative. Once all your coupon leaves are finished, you can purchase another coupon book.
